A Virtual Terminal allows merchants to manually process credit cards from any computer in the world with an Internet connection. Merchants simply access a secure website with a login and password and are able to charge credit cards, authorization cards, and even issue credits. Merchants will also have the ability to access a complete online database that tracks and reports all transactions and orders.
With A Virtual Terminal, A Merchant Can:
* enter credit card transactions from mail or phone orders manually.
* refund money to a customer's credit card.
* set up recurring charges to automatically bill customers.
* check the status of sales transactions.
* view previously authorized transactions and transaction details.
The Virtual Terminal is hosted through Network Merchants servers. Merchants can access the secure Virtual Terminal using their Web browser. Once successfully logged in, the merchant is able to access the extensive list of services available.
